About Cars at The Station

Built in 2024 to be “Detroit’s most inclusive and community-focused event that just happens to have cars” – Cars at The Station welcomes all facets of car-culture across two days at the iconic Michigan Central campus – the mobility, tech and cultural hub for the city and the State of Michigan.

Given his time with Ford and the team at Michigan Central, Jiyan Cadiz, founder of Cadiz Group consulting, developed the idea for Cars at The Station in collaboration with Hagerty. Together, the two share the event and lead the coalition of talented and passionate organizations who believe in building an event that fosters inclusivity for the next generation of car enthusiasts, in the heart of the Motor City.

Along with Cadiz Group, Hagerty and this year’s event-producer Z-Performance, key partners for this annual Motown event include the City of Detroit, Detroit Auto Show, Michigan Central, Newlab at Michigan Central, Total Access Events, JB Communications and International Outdoor.
